By creating an account or using StormCorsairs ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

The Game includes user-generated content such as chat. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content — including harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, and profanity — and zero tolerance for abusive users.

2. Code of Conduct

• Treat other players with respect.
• Do not post, share, or encourage objectionable content.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or bully any other user.
• Do not use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.

3. Content Moderation

All chat messages pass through an automatic content filter. You can flag/report any message and block any user from within the Game. A blocked user's messages are instantly removed from your view, and reports notify our moderation team.

4. Enforcement

Reported objectionable content is reviewed and removed within 24 hours, and the responsible user's account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Consumable items are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Bir hesap oluşturarak veya StormCorsairs'i ("Oyun") kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersin.

1. Uygunsuz İçeriğe Sıfır Tolerans

Oyun, sohbet gibi kullanıcı üretimi içerik barındırır. Taciz, nefret söylemi, tehdit, cinsel içerik, spam ve küfür dahil uygunsuz içeriğe sıfır tolerans ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans gösterilir.

2. Davranış Kuralları

• Diğer oyunculara saygılı davran.
• Uygunsuz içerik paylaşma, yayma veya teşvik etme.
• Hiçbir kullanıcıyı taciz etme, tehdit etme, taklit etme veya zorbalık yapma.
• Hile, açık (exploit) veya yetkisiz üçüncü taraf yazılım kullanma.

3. İçerik Moderasyonu

Tüm sohbet mesajları otomatik içerik filtresinden geçer. Oyun içinden herhangi bir mesajı bildirebilir (flag/report) ve herhangi bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsin. Engellenen kullanıcının mesajları anında ekranından kaldırılır ve bildirimler moderasyon ekibimize iletilir.

4. Yaptırım

Bildirilen uygunsuz içerik 24 saat içinde incelenip kaldırılır ve ilgili kullanıcının hesabı askıya alınabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir.

5. Satın Almalar

Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden faturalandırılır ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir. Tüketilebilir öğeler teslim edildikten sonra, yasaların gerektirdiği haller dışında, iade edilemez.

6. Fesih

Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları bildirimli veya bildirimsiz askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
